Do you customize cakes?
No, we do not offer cake customization at this time. However, we have a variety of pre-designed cakes available for you to choose from.
Do you accept credit card payment?
Yes we accept debit and credit card payment.
Can I make a reservation in one of your kiosks in malls?
We only accept walk-in purchases at our mall kiosks. Reservations can be made through our website, and all reserved orders will be prepared and fulfilled from our main branch in Katipunan, Quezon City.
Are you products Halal?
No, our products are not halal.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
We deliver only within Metro Manila, Valenzuela and Las Piñas.
What is the address for pick up?
Our store is located at 216-B Katipunan Ave Blue Ridge A Quezon City.
Do you put dedication on the cakes?
At the moment, we don’t put dedications directly on the cakes. However, we do offer free gift cards where you can write your personal messages.
In case I change my mind, can I replace my order?
We do not allow order replacements, but you can reschedule your order if needed.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a delivery fee. We use a third-party courier, and the delivery fee is paid directly to the rider.
